DIAS Software is the market leader in innovative software for the professional financial intermediary. And it wants to remain so. However, the software was outdated and no longer fitted well with today's customer experience. DIAS' ambition was to make a big step forward with the software in one go. And it succeeded!
UX and Visual Design
We started with preliminary research into optimisations based on the latest developments in front-end technology and insights into user needs.
After thorough preliminary research, we gathered as much information as possible from end-users in a number of workshops. Based on this, we created a UX design and interaction design. The aim of the new user interface is to guide the user through the application quickly and efficiently.
We then created a new visual design that is recognisable to DIAS customers but still has a distinctly new and innovative look.
Cooperation with DIAS Software
We are working together with DIAS on the software that is future-proof and in which DIAS can fully manage and further develop it itself in the future. Therefore, a good cooperation between the IT teams of Blis and DIAS was established from the start.
In addition, front-end and back-end were completely separated so that the existing database structure could be retained on the one hand and a completely new front-end in Vue.js could be built on the other. Cost-saving and innovative!
Success proven by user reactions
The fact that both the team at DIAS and ourselves are immensely proud of the final result is, of course, important. But even more important is the reaction of the end users, the clients of DIAS. The huge number of positive reactions to the new application is proof of the success of this project!
